This menu provides canapes on arrival, followed by a mix of fresh Queensland Seafood and a traditional carved meat of your choice, all sides and condiments and ending in with a mix of sweet and savoury dessert platters.

Minimum 30 Guests

Menu prices includes clothed buffet table, all serving equipment, chef, food staff for 3 hours, wrapped cutlery, crockery.
